CECI and WUSC recruit volunteers to the positions that fall into their areas of expertise, and each have their own application form.Question Frequently Asked
- I have already created a profile with CECI. Do I still need to create a new profile with WUSC?
- I would like to apply for more than one WUSC position. How can I do this?
- How long will my candidate file be kept by WUSC?
Q. I have already created a profile with CECI. DO I still need to create a new profile with WUSC?
A. Yes, you need to create a separate WUSC profile in order to be considered for WUSC positions.
Q. I would like to apply for more than one WUSC position. How can I do this?
A. First, either login or register to the WUSC application form. After creating your profile, click the “Job Application” box at the top of the page, and then click the “Create a New Job Application” button at the bottom of the page. Select the position that interests you from the drop down list, and fill in your availability date and statement of interest. When you are finished, click on the “Save Job Application” button. To apply for another job, repeat the process. Please note that your application for these positions will not be submitted until you have filled in all of the fields on your application.
Please remember that CECI positions have a separate application procedure. You will not find these positions on the drop down list mentioned above. You can identify a CECI position by its position number: they have five digits, followed by a dash and three digits. WUSC positions are identified by four digits, followed by a dash and three digits. Click here for information on how to apply for multiple CECI positions.
Q. How long will my candidate file be kept by WUSC?
A. If inactive for three months, your file will be deleted.
