- How long will my candidate file be kept by WUSC?
Q. I have already created a profile with CECI. DO I still need to create a new profile with WUSC?
A. Yes, you need to create a separate WUSC profile in order to be considered for WUSC positions.
Q. I would like to apply for more than one WUSC position. How can I do this?
A. Login or register to the WUSC application form. After creating your profile, click the “Job Application” box at the top of the page, and then select “Create a New Job Application” at the bottom of the page. Select the position that interests you from the drop-down menu, and add your availability date and statement of interest. When you are finished, select “Save Job Application”. To apply for another job, you must repeat the process.
Note: Applications will not be submitted until all of the sections have been completed.
CECI positions have a separate application procedure. You will not find these positions on the drop-down list as mentioned above. You can identify a CECI position by its position number: they have five numbers, followed by a dash and three digits. WUSC positions have four numbers, followed by a dash and three digits. Click here for information on how to apply for multiple CECI positions.
Q. How long will my candidate file be kept by WUSC?
A. If it is inactive for three months, your file will be deleted.
