Q. The application deadline for the position I’m interested in has already passed. Can I still apply?A. No. However, we regularly post new positions. Please check the website regularly.
Q. Will my application be considered if I send my résumé through the mail ou by email?
A. No. All applications must be made through our SYGESCA system.
Q. If none of the positions advertised on the website interests me, can I still fill out the SYGESCA application form without applying to a particular posting?
A. No. However, our list of current postings is updated regularly. We invite you to consult it often.
Q. If I have already created a SYGESCA account, do I have to create a new one if I want to update my file or to apply for another posting?
A. No. If you have already created a SYGESCA account, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ONE. To update your file (addresses, résumé, etc.), please open a session in SYGESCA and modify your profile. If you wish to apply to another posting, you may do so from our list of current postings.
Q. I don’t remember if I have created a SYGESCA account, or I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
A. SYGESCA can send you a new password. If you don’t remember whether you already have an account or not, please write to info@uniterra.ca.
Q. Where are the interviews held? Will transportation fees be reimbursed?
A. Usually, interviews take place Montreal or Ottawa, in the CECI or WUSC offices. Candidates who do not live in these cities will be interviewed over the phone. Candidates pay for their own transportation to the interview.
