How to Leave
Leave for Change allows Canadian employers and their employees to work hand in hand to advance development projects in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Leave for Change offers employees of Canadian enterprises the opportunity to be involved in short volunteer assignments (two or three weeks), under the supervision of professionals. These volunteers exchange knowledge, technical skills and know-how with our partners in developing countries.
For the employee, it is a chance to learn about internationalcooperation by working with our partners from developing countries. S/he carries out a specific assignment that is feasible during a short period. S/he donates his or her personal time and know-how, without having to make a financial contribution.
For the employer, it represents an act of corporate social responsability.
