In Agriculture and Rural Development in Vietnam
The agricultural sector in Vietnam is undergoing major changes, due, in particular, to the coming into force of a new law on cooperatives in 2005. In addition, actions have been undertaken to improve the management of the frequent natural disasters (cyclones and floods) that wreak havoc on the country. |
