In Agriculture and Rural Development in Sri Lanka
The focus of the Uniterra Agriculture and Rural Development Program is based on a comprehensive strategy that aims to improve the socio-economic conditions of the rural poor in Sri Lanka. It’s support is multi-faceted, focusing on three seminal areas (i) food processing (ii) access to markets and (iii) women entrepreneurship. This is achieved through capacity building interventions among partner organizations who work directly with the rural poor. |
