Together for Haiti

2010HaitiCrLemire

In addition to the Uniterra program, the Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) and World University Service of Canada (WUSC) are instituting another voluntary international cooperation project as part of a consortium with two other Canadian NGOs, the Fondation Paul Gérin-Lajoie and the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO). The new project is the Voluntary Cooperation Project in Haiti (PCV Haiti).

PCV Haiti mobilizes Canadian volunteers to train and support Haitian organizations in improving the services and programs provided to respond more effectively to people’s needs. The volunteers provide support in governance, education and the country’s economic development. Interested persons may also become voluntary advisors participating in Haiti’s reconstruction and development.

For more information, consult the program site.
